Seokwang provides employees with performance-based
compensation by annually setting differentiated salaries
according to the performance of the employee and the organization,
based on the objective and fair evaluation.
Seokwang also differentially provides employees with
performance-related pay as an additional bonus in accordane with
an individual or organizational performance.
The basic salary will be paid as a
fixed annual salary.
Performance-based bonuses are paid according to
management performance in order to
create motivation among employees.

individual's rating level in connection with the
